Sps a.k.a. Wichita Falls Municipal Airport is a public and military use airport located 5 nautical miles north of the central business district of Wichita Falls, a city in Wichita County, Texas, United States. The airport is joint use in that its runways and taxiways are shared with Sheppard Air Force Base. It is mostly used for military aviation due to the air force base located on site, but is also served by American Eagle with service to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

- SPS a.k.a. Stiff person syndrome is a rare neurologic disorder of unclear etiology characterized by progressive rigidity and stiffness. The stiffness primarily affects the truncal muscles and is superimposed by spasms, resulting in postural deformities. Chronic pain, impaired mobility, and lumbar hyperlordosis are common symptoms. The exact mechanism of the condition is unclear.
