Weihenstephaner Vitus is a 7.7% abv unfiltered weizen bock. It poured a cloudy pale yellow color with a massive white head. It sported a rich fruity aroma with a nice caramel sweetness underneath. Mouthfeel was medium heavy with a soft carbonation. Flavor started out with a nice caramel tone, balanced by a citrusy fruit note and spices (cloves). It finished fruity with lingering spices. Very nice.
